Our Delivery Policy

Same Day Delivery

FETE Boutique Floral + Events is a North York flower shop located in Bayview Village Shopping Centre that delivers Monday to Saturday.

FETE Boutique Floral + Events delivers flowers locally to North York, Toronto, Thornhill, and throughout the GTA from Oshawa to Hamilton.  The cut off time for same day delivery is 1pm locally and 11am for the surrounding GTA.

How we ensure delivery of your flowers

If you would like to receive a confirmation of your delivery, please indicate so at the time of placing your order.  Where possible, we will make ever effort to notify you as soon as our service has delivered your flowers.  We cannot garauntee call backs during peak periods such as Mother's Day.

In the event the customer is not home, we will leave a message with the recipient and either leave the flowers in an enclosed porch area (if the weather permits) or with a neighbour.   If neither is an available option, the flowers will return to our shop and an additional re-delivery fee may apply.

Hospital Deliveries

Please ensure that you have the correct room number, wing, hospital, and name of the patient prior to placing your order.  Please remember that new mothers often are listed under their maiden names.

FETE is not responsible for deliveries made to patients who have been discharged prior to the delivery.  In such cases, refunds are not applicable.
