Shipping policy

We offer same day, next day, or scheduled delivery across Southern Ontario.  We will attempt to contact your recipient to schedule a convenient time for delivery.

In the event that the recipient is not home, we will leave a message with them. 

• We will leave in outside (hidden from street view as best as we can) in temperatures above 7 degrees and below 25 degrees celsius.
• We will leave it with a neighbour if they are agreeable and will let you know where you can pick up your flowers.
• If none of these options are not available, the delivery service will bring the package back and there may be an additional charge for a second delivery attempt.
